Nagarro is seeking an SAP Principal Application Consultant / Project Manager for a remote position. In this capacity, the professional will direct SAP implementation initiatives, strategic transformations, and client engagements centered on SAP Cloud technologies. Responsibilities include overseeing project delivery, managing budgets, guiding multidisciplinary groups, and serving as a key advisor to stakeholders. The person in this role will also support pre-sales functions, contribute to business growth in the Nordic market, and mentor project personnel. The position demands deep logistics and supply chain knowledge, combined with the capability to align business requirements with modern SAP solution architectures.
Responsibilities
- Manage SAP implementation projects, strategic initiatives, and consulting engagements focused on SAP Cloud solutions
- Oversee project delivery, governance, resource coordination, and client satisfaction
- Drive project planning, risk management, quality assurance, and budget control
- Support business development, pre-sales tasks, and SAP Cloud capability expansion in the Nordic market
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder management, and decision-making processes
- Coordinate functional, technical, and global delivery teams
- Advise clients on SAP Cloud adoption, ERP modernization, and process standardization
- Coach and mentor consultants and project team members
Requirements
- Possess 10 to 15+ years of SAP consulting and project delivery experience
- Demonstrate a proven track record of leading SAP implementation projects and business transformation initiatives
- Bring extensive hands-on experience within SAP Logistics, including areas such as MM, SD, WM/EWM, SCM, PP, TM, or related processes
- Show strong functional understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, warehouse, and supply chain processes
- Have extensive experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA across multiple industries
- Display strong understanding of SAP Activate, SAP best practices, and modern SAP delivery methodologies
Qualifications
- Hold a university degree or an equivalent professional qualification
- Bring experience with SAP ERP Cloud, including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud deployments
