This remote, full-time position operates within a dynamic and non-hierarchical work culture that focuses on building digital products, services, and experiences at scale.
This role suits an enterprise solution architect who can bridge functional HR and technical architecture domains. The professional will lead architecture discussions with stakeholders spanning HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, IT, Security, and Integration while acting as a design authority and running architecture governance.
The successful candidate will manage complex enterprise landscapes involving multiple HCM platforms, design integrations using various interfaces, and handle system-of-record modeling. Responsibilities cover deep technical and functional engagement with UKG Pro, ADP, and Workday environments across global organizations.

Responsibilities
- Design HCM integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, SFTP, middleware or iPaaS, event-based interfaces, and batch interfaces
- Handle data transformation and mapping, integration monitoring, and reconciliation
- Integrate systems with ADP Payroll, Workday Timekeeping, IAM, Finance, ERP, Benefits, Talent, ServiceNow or similar platforms, and data analytics tools
- Manage enterprise, application, integration, data, security, API, cloud, and SaaS architecture
- Perform system-of-record and data-ownership modeling
- Run architecture governance and serve as a design authority
- Lead architecture discussions with HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, IT, Security, Integration, and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Possess at least 10 years of experience in HCM, HR technology, and enterprise solution architecture
- Have 5 or more years of hands-on UKG Pro experience in architecture or solution leadership roles
- Demonstrate delivery experience in complex enterprise landscapes where UKG Pro, ADP, and Workday coexist
- Bring working experience with global HR organizations spanning multiple countries and legal entities
- Show deep knowledge of People Center, Core HR, and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
- Display working knowledge across Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, Talent, Document Management, People Assist, and Reporting and Analytics
- Maintain a strong grasp of UKG Pro security, roles, workflows, employee data, organizational structures, and integrations
- Complete mandatory integrations with ADP Payroll and Workday Timekeeping
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and written communication skills
Qualifications
- Hold UKG Pro certifications such as Core HR or integration-related credentials
- Bring hands-on experience with an iPaaS platform like Boomi or SSP CPI
- Understand HR data privacy regulations including GDPR and regional equivalents
- Show prior experience leading large HCM implementations or platform consolidations end to end
