This role suits an experienced internal audit professional who enjoys writing, public speaking, and guiding enterprise leaders through complex challenges. Responsibilities include creating must-have research content, forecasting industry shifts, delivering high-value presentations at events and client briefings, and collaborating within a global team. The position also involves mentoring junior staff members, providing peer reviews, and supporting sales initiatives.
The position offers a base salary range of USD 148,000 to 175,500 per year, accompanied by participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan. Responsibilities
- Produce innovative and thought-provoking research insights focused on internal audit and risk coverage
- Analyze market trends and identify root causes of client barriers to develop actionable strategies
- Deliver presentations at professional events, industry conferences, and client briefings
- Provide sales support by acting as a market voice to help insights teams engage clients
- Perform high-quality peer reviews of content created by colleagues
- Mentor and coach more junior team members
- Collaborate with peers across the Assurance Practice and participate in research innovation discussions
Requirements
- Internal audit experience with deep knowledge of the Chief Audit Executive role
- Familiarity with technology solutions utilized by internal audit leaders, such as audit management software
- Demonstrated ability to lead internal risk assessment and audit planning processes
- Experience working across risk and control groups to improve coordination
- Experience developing audit coverage strategies for emerging risks
- Strong writing, analytical, and presentation skills with executive presence
