IntelliPro is seeking a B2B Billing Analyst to handle business-to-business billing operations for retailer partners on a remote basis. In this role, the analyst will calculate, generate, and deliver invoices, handle credit and debit memos, and apply accurate billing rates based on commercial contracts. Responsibilities
- Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners including invoice calculation, generation, and delivery
- Process credit and debit memos according to approved requests
- Review standard operating procedures and commercial contracts to apply correct billing terms and rates
- Conduct peer reviews and reconciliations to guarantee invoice accuracy and completeness
- Answer billing questions and direct complex disputes to senior team members
