Bosch is seeking an SAP Controlling SME to join its operations for a full-time, on-site position under the job title BGSW_2026_SAP_CONTROLLING_SME. This role serves as a subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions, guiding enterprise-wide finance transformations, solution governance, and process optimization across global programs. The professional chosen will combine functional expertise with hands-on delivery capabilities, independently managing complex solution areas while working alongside cross-functional teams, global delivery units, system integrators, and business stakeholders.
The position involves driving end-to-end implementation delivery, business process consulting, solution architecture, fit-gap analysis, and process harmonization within Controlling and integrated finance processes. Key duties include advising stakeholders on finance transformation opportunities, leading requirement workshops, defining solution designs, and promoting standardization across global business units. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of various SAP Controlling submodules, manage complex system configurations, and ensure seamless integration across multiple enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Act as the SAP CO Subject Matter Expert for strategic finance programs and enterprise transformation initiatives
- Provide solution architecture guidance for complex business and controlling scenarios
- Lead business process workshops, fit-gap assessments, and solution design discussions
- Advise stakeholders regarding SAP best practices, process optimization, and finance transformation
- Drive process standardization and harmonization across global business units
- Support change management and business adoption initiatives
- Prepare and review configuration workbooks, functional specifications, and fit-gap analysis documents
- Execute complex SAP CO configuration and solution design activities
- Design integration architectures across SAP FI, PP, MM, SD, PM, and related enterprise systems
Requirements
- Have at least 12 years of total SAP experience
- Accumulate a minimum of 8 years specializing in SAP Controlling
- Demonstrate expertise in Product Costing, Cost Object Controlling, Material Ledger, Actual Costing, Overhead Management, Transfer Pricing, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, EC-PCA, General Ledger, and Asset Accounting
Qualifications
- Hold an MBA in Finance or a CA certification
