Bosch is seeking an SAP Project Manager for a full-time position located in Bengaluru. This role focuses on overseeing implementation, migration, and application support engagements within the SAP domain.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive background managing SAP S/4HANA initiatives, driving stakeholder engagement, and directing ITIL-compliant support processes. Responsibilities involve estimating technical efforts, guiding team progression, translating business challenges into SAP functionalities, and managing change requests alongside production support.
Candidates must exhibit readiness to offer extended assistance during critical situations such as weekends or system restarts, while ensuring adherence to established service level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end SAP implementation, migration, and application support engagements
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes in compliance with ITIL standards
- Track project progress and communicate regular updates to customers and senior leadership
- Estimate technical effort, timelines, and dependencies for change requests and enhancements
- Analyze root causes, resolve defects, and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 7 to 9 years of professional experience in SAP Project Management
- Hands-on project management background in SAP S/4HANA with specialization in at least one SAP module
- Minimum of 10 years of formal education
- Experience managing incident, problem, and change management following ITIL standards
- Completion of at least one end-to-end SAP implementation including migration and cutover activities
Qualifications
- Certification as an SAP Activate Project Manager
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow, Solution Manager, or ticketing tools
