- Ability to brainstorm content and write copy for onboarding and retention posts adapted to the city
- Day-to-day upkeep of Facebook and Telegram channels, plus community pages and groups, with scheduling, publishing and comment moderation
- Careful, detail-focused execution: posts that land on schedule and reports with no errors
- Strong verbal and written communication in Filipino and English
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets and Drive) for reporting
- Self-directed, comfortable working independently, and willing to travel regularly and take part in biker activities
- Good knowledge of the City of Batangas
