In this role, you will partner with the sales force to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance. Your daily focus will involve identifying technical needs within business opportunities, showcasing product advantages, providing evaluations, and aiding partners with implementation and integration. The position involves collaborating with channel account management to drive partner revenue, conducting product demonstrations remotely or at client facilities, and addressing customer technical inquiries under pressure. Qualified candidates must be prepared for travel up to fifty percent of the time.
Responsibilities
- Provide and manage pre-sales technical support for Keeper products across EMEA channel partners
- Collaborate with Channel Account Management to enhance partner technical capabilities and increase revenue
- Perform product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely or on-site at client locations
- Partner with engineering and product development teams to stay informed on system updates
- Communicate with English and German speaking partners through written and verbal channels
- Resolve technical questions and objections during sales cycles to maintain customer satisfaction
- Act as a technical advisor to guide partners through solving business challenges
- Analyze complex multivariate problems and resolve them systematically under pressure
- Maintain accurate records of activities and updates within Salesforce
- Deliver training sessions and technical presentations to customers and channel partners
- Contribute to revenue targets as an active member of the sales team
- Travel locally and nationally to attend customer meetings while operating or renting a company vehicle
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in a technical pre-sales role such as Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Solutions Engineer
- Must be bilingual with native French proficiency and fluency in English
- Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal abilities, and entrepreneurial drive
- Solid background in Windows and Active Directory administration alongside knowledge of UNIX and Linux
- Proven presentation skills capable of demonstrating product overviews to executive and technical audiences
- Technical background covering networking, security applications, and cloud technologies like AWS and Azure
- Willingness to travel up to 50 percent of the time
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Background working within the channel industry
- Industry recognized certifications
- Previous scripting and DevOps experience
- Exposure to identity providers such as Azure and Okta
- Experience delivering solutions tailored to enterprise customers
- Relevant background in cybersecurity, IAM, or other security SaaS solutions
