Requirements
- Two or more years of background in accounts receivable, billing operations, order-to-cash, or related fields, ideally within a B2B tech, SaaS, or marketplace setting
- Basic knowledge of ERP workflows, invoicing processes, and accounts receivable fundamentals
- High level of attention to detail and capability to handle heavy workloads accurately
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets including Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP systems
- Clear, professional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
