Horace Mann seeks a remote, full-time Business System Analyst - Experienced to operate with minimal oversight while supporting critical business processes and enterprise technology systems.

This position acts as a primary bridge between technical departments and business units, ensuring that deployed solutions align with user needs, company policies, and strategic organizational goals. Responsibilities
- Elicit, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years working as a business analyst
- Demonstrated background supporting cross-functional systems with broad organizational impact
- Advanced expertise in requirements elicitation for system functionality and business workflows
- Solid general analysis and gap analysis capabilities
- Track record of producing diverse business and process documentation
- Ability to independently plan and coordinate small-scale tasks and projects
Qualifications
- Professional Business Analyst certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PBA
