Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe is seeking a Cash Operations Manager to join the Personal and Private Banking business segment in Harare. This full-time position focuses on executing the automated teller machine and device value proposition to match specific strategic objectives. The professional selected for this role will enable clients from various segments to complete electronic transactions using automated equipment such as ATMs, Bulk Note Acceptors, and Retail Bulk Note Acceptor terminals, as well as future device categories. The ideal candidate brings extensive background knowledge in branch operations, cash lifecycle management, and digital or physical banking channels.

Responsibilities
- Implement the ATM and devices value proposition in alignment with Consumer Clients objectives and Client Coverage
- Ensure clients across all segments can conduct electronic transactions through automated transaction terminals including ATMs, BNAs, and RBNAs
Requirements
- Possess a first degree in Business Commerce
- Bring more than 10 years of appropriate branch banking experience with solid understanding of daily operations and controls
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of branch banking processes, practices, products, and services for over 10 years
- Bring over 10 years of experience in digital and physical channels within a financial environment
- Understand technology, systems, and processes required for front-end customer experience and digital migration
- Demonstrate experience in branch banking, ATM operations, and cash lifecycle management
