Key responsibilities include monitoring cash positions, executing month-end close tasks, maintaining internal controls, and collaborating with Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable departments.

Responsibilities
- Post daily cash transactions across multiple corporate entities and bank accounts
- Monitor balances to spot variances, timing issues, or unusual activity
- Execute over forty monthly and daily bank reconciliations
- Produce cash-related journal entries covering fees, interest, and credit card activity
- Maintain cash clearing accounts and large transaction datasets across billing platforms, ERPs, and payment processors
- Partner with Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable to resolve disbursement discrepancies
- Build documentation and audit trails for all cash procedures
Requirements
- Three to five years of accounting experience in cash accounting or accounts receivable
- Background working in high-volume, multi-entity business environments
- Experience managing large transaction datasets across multiple payment channels
- Proficiency with ERP software such as NetSuite
- Experience utilizing payment processors and accounts payable platforms like Coupa
- Ability to complete post-offer health screenings and specific vaccinations if required by clients
