Cube Care, a custom-manufacturing enterprise, seeks a remote Certified Public Accountant to handle financial reporting, compliance, and strategic business guidance. This full-time position operates entirely from home on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and proactive, ready to serve as a trusted advisor to help shape organizational financial health and long-term expansion.
The role involves managing financial records, conducting audits, performing daily reconciliations, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable. The selected professional will also coordinate with Tax Accountants, supervise bookkeeping tasks, maintain confidential information, and handle inventory management and China purchase management.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, organize, and update financial records
- Conduct regular audits to verify accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments
- Reconcile credit card, bank, cash, and spending accounts daily
- Set up financial accounts as needed
- Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable and receivables
- Coordinate with Tax Accountants to monitor tax payments and returns
- Monitor routine bookkeeping activities
- Maintain confidentiality of company financial data
- Keep vendor accounts current across the organization
- Handle inventory management
- Manage China purchases
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s or College Degree in a relevant field
- Have proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Communicate effectively in English with strong verbal and written skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Teams
- Maintain a computer with at least a 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 4.00 GB of RAM
- Run Windows 10 or Mac OSX operating systems
- Maintain primary and backup internet connections running on a 5.0 MBPS plan or higher
- Use a required noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port
- Possess a webcam with at least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
Qualifications
- Experience specializing in the US Accounting System
- Familiarity with accounting applications, modules, and financial statements
- Prior experience in the Procurement and Logistics industry
