To support this growth, the organization seeks a Chief of Staff to partner with the Executive Vice President of Global Ad Sales.
This position functions as a strategic operator and executive proxy inside the Global Sales Organization, working to amplify leadership focus, streamline operational rhythms, and connect front-line market signals with upper management. The ideal professional brings high emotional intelligence to protect and nurture Reddit's collaborative culture while driving rigorous follow-through on major commercial bets.
Day-to-day duties involve managing meeting cadences, filtering routine escalations, preparing high-level board collateral, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives alongside Sales Strategy and Operations, regional leaders, and product groups. Candidates should possess extensive commercial operations experience, exceptional problem-solving acumen, and the capacity to leverage modern tooling and artificial intelligence to scale team effectiveness.

Responsibilities
- Manage executive attention by filtering routine data inquiries and incident reports below leadership levels
- Represent the EVP in key cross-functional planning forums and build consensus prior to top-down intervention
- Gather field feedback, customer sentiment, and competitive intelligence directly from front-line sales teams
- Pre-frame major revenue proposals and strategic escalations with explicit recommendations for leadership
- Orchestrate the global sales business cadence, including leadership reviews and quarterly planning sessions
- Collaborate with Sales Strategy and Operations to translate strategic outputs into actionable workstreams
- Prepare executive presentations, board materials, and internal communications alongside corporate comms partners
- Monitor high-priority commercial initiatives to ensure assigned ownership, defined milestones, and tracked success metrics
- Drive operational alignment for complex, multi-functional programs across product, marketing, and go-to-market teams
Requirements
- 10 or more years of relevant professional experience within a sales, revenue, or business strategy and operations role inside an advertising sales environment
- Deep familiarity with business cadences in high-growth organizational settings
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
- Proven capability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
