Meta is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to join the Global Business Group. This professional position focuses on building key client relationships, driving revenue, and developing marketing strategies for major advertisers. The individual will work alongside sales teams to negotiate and optimize complex opportunities while serving as a trusted consultant in media planning, strategy, and measurement.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Client Partners to identify and implement marketing solutions for partners
- Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners
- Create and present narratives and recommendations derived from custom analyses
- Design experimentation initiatives, track experiments, and analyze results
- Advise clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices
- Drive proactive media and measurement strategies to increase performance and investments
- Handle account operations including troubleshooting and account setup
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to manage complex workstreams
- Travel as needed for the role
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in online advertising or online media
- Advanced experience structuring and manipulating raw data into datasets
- Expertise in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and presenting actionable insights
- Track record of developing insight-backed hypotheses to build business cases
- Experience delivering insights to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with diverse cross-functional teams
- Experience influencing executive-level clients
- Knowledge and experience with data querying tools such as SQL
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive impact
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product teams
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development and knowledge of emerging AI technologies
- Experience implementing responsible and ethical AI practices
- Knowledge of statistics and statistical packages such as R, SAS, and SPSS
- Experience with Meta's advertising solution suite
- Experience with business case modeling and market sizing
