Intellect is seeking independent Clinical Providers to join its telehealth network on a freelance basis. In this remote position, practitioners deliver scheduled one-hour video consultations to assist clients with personal development and psychological well-being. The company provides a platform focused on expanding public access to mental health services, offering a collaborative community of professionals.
This arrangement offers flexible scheduling, allowing practitioners to set their own working hours. It is well-suited for professionals looking to add to an existing private practice or current employment. While local candidates based in Phuket, Thailand, receive preference, applicants from other locations are also evaluated. Practitioners may occasionally need to work on location in Phuket if required.
The practitioner's primary focus involves treating various psychological conditions, such as trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, addiction, and schizophrenia. Additionally, providers collaborate closely with Intellect's internal clinical team by offering feedback to enhance the program and platform.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual mental health support through telehealth or on-site sessions
- Address various clinical presentations including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction
- Collaborate with the internal clinical team by suggesting program and platform improvements
Requirements
- Hold a Master degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
- Possess skills in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or alternative evidence-based modalities like DBT, Motivational Interviewing, or SFBT
- Accumulate at least 300 post-master clinical hours
- Communicate fluently in English and the local language
- Remain open to on-site work in Phuket if necessary
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with adults in counselling, Employee Assistance Programs, or coaching managerial roles
