Requirements
- Eight to twelve years in total, with experience leading a security or loss-prevention team spread over a wide area.
- Practical background in on-site security operations and investigative work.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong problem-solving plus skill in handling incidents and cases.
- Knowledge of the laws that apply to police action, legal proceedings and the judicial process.
- Ability to travel, sometimes at short notice.
Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, fulfilment, 3PL, supply chain or operations is preferred.
- Experience in team building, management and coaching is a plus.
