This full-time on-site role at SGS in the Philippines provides centralized commercial support, covering market intelligence, lead qualification, CRM data quality and pre-sales work. The specialist turns market research into commercial insight and builds Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows. The role works closely with sales, marketing and commercial excellence teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor industry trends, competitors and client information to identify growth opportunities.
- Qualify and enrich leads before handing them to sales, with clear routing and timely responses.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM data for accounts, leads, opportunities and campaigns.
- Support pre-sales research and build dashboards and workflows that improve reporting.
Requirements
- At least five years in market intelligence, sales support, pre-sales, commercial operations, or data analysis and business intelligence.
- Working knowledge of Excel and of analytical tools such as Power BI.
- Ability to adapt to changing business priorities.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled research tools and Power Automate is an advantage.
- Strong data management skills.
