Job Description

ReSource Pro is hiring a Commercial Lines Account Manager for a remote, full-time position. Candidates must reside in the United States. The role serves as the primary contact and subject expert for a book of commercial lines insurance clients, and it works closely with the company's onshore and offshore service delivery teams to get the work done.

ReSource Pro focuses exclusively on the insurance industry. The posting notes a client base of 2,000-plus carriers, brokers, wholesalers and MGAs, and reports a client retention rate above 96 percent for more than a decade. The account manager weighs carrier relationships, commercial policy options and market placement, makes recommendations, and works in agency management systems. The role also leads day-to-day customer interactions, advises colleagues and trains junior team members on customer conversations.
