This position requires an analytical professional who can manage monthly commission calculations, administer software platforms, and contribute to compensation plan design. Key duties involve computing payouts for eligible departments such as Sales and Operations, validating sales information, maintaining documentation, and leading quarterly review meetings with management and the Commission Review Committee. This full-time opportunity offers a market-based salary range alongside bonus potential and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Calculate and process monthly commission payouts for eligible roles across Sales, Operations, Servicing, QA, and CapM departments
- Validate sales data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data integrity
- Communicate monthly payouts to management and respond to employee or management inquiries
- Maintain documentation for commission plans, policies, procedures, and historical payouts
- Administer the Spiff commission platform including system configuration, troubleshooting, data uploads, and user access management
- Proactively identify and recommend improvements to commission plan design based on data and business goals
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations management and the Commission Review Committee on plan proposals
- Conduct modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate the financial impact of plan adjustments
- Lead and facilitate Quarterly Commission Review meetings
- Serve as a subject matter expert for commission-related questions and support cross-functional projects
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in commission analysis, sales operations, or incentive compensation analysis
- Demonstrated experience in commission or incentive compensation plan design aligned with business outcomes
- Proficiency in commission management software
- Ability to read and write SQL
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience using Spiff as commission management software
