The chosen professional will act as the primary bridge between internal infrastructure groups and regional stakeholders, including municipal leaders, economic development entities, local organizations, and nearby residents. Responsibilities span the complete lifecycle of a facility, from initial site evaluation and construction phases through active daily operations. The individual will design outreach plans, organize listening sessions, address local feedback, and help establish scalable engagement frameworks for future regional growth.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong connections with local government officials, economic development boards, civic associations, and educational partners
- Design and execute targeted outreach strategies for each regional market across site selection, construction, and operational phases
- Organize listening sessions, public forums, and coalition-building events to address community needs
- Represent the organization publicly during town halls, planning hearings, and media interactions
- Track local political developments and sentiment to advise internal teams on engagement pacing and risk management
- Collaborate with real estate and infrastructure personnel to integrate local feedback into project planning
- Coordinate philanthropic investments, economic development commitments, and nonprofit partnerships

Requirements
- Professional background in community affairs, public affairs, government relations, economic development, or local government
