  • Translate global compliance strategies into operational plans tailored to local laws and ASIC expectations
  • Deliver executive reporting for risk governance committees and leadership teams
  • Collaborate across departments to provide practical regulatory guidance on product design, advertising, privacy, and collections

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of regulatory compliance experience in an Australian regulated consumer credit, fintech, payments, or financial services environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian conduct and consumer credit regulation, credit licensing, ASIC expectations, and breach-reporting rules
  • Demonstrated background in managing teams, setting priorities, and executing programs
  • Experience leading regulatory change, obligations management, compliance testing, and remediation activities
  • Strong executive communication skills and judgment for operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor degree
