In this role, the selected professional will own key financial workstreams end-to-end, reporting directly to the Head of Department. Duties span the preparation and release of group consolidated financial statements under IFRS, managing intercompany calculations, supporting impairment tests, drafting accounting memoranda, and designing internal controls within Tagetik. The position suits individuals who thrive in a collaborative, international setting and possess deep technical accounting knowledge combined with a practical command of AI tools.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and execute reconciliations for consolidated ledger accounts and financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flows, and equity statements.
- Execute consolidation adjustments and intercompany calculations according to Transfer Pricing policies.
- Reconcile the group net financial position monthly and account for key personnel long-term incentive plans.
- Perform periodic reviews of reporting packages submitted by local finance managers using Tagetik.
- Support the preparation of IAS 36 impairment tests and update interim and annual disclosures.
- Draft accounting memoranda covering IFRS technical topics and non-recurring transactions.
- Develop, test, and maintain consolidated reports within Tagetik and design internal controls over financial reporting.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and consultants under supervision.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in technical accounting and financial reporting within a large multinational group, audit firm, or consultancy.
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and consolidation rules and techniques.
- Professional-level written and spoken English.
- Practical fluency in AI tools like Claude alongside strong critical judgment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, and large dataset handling.
- Solid working knowledge of Google Workspace, specifically G-Sheets.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in accounting or finance.
- Prior audit experience gained at a Big 4 firm.
- Working knowledge of Tagetik or an equivalent consolidation and reporting system.
