Responsibilities
- Create content highlighting product design and development processes, methodologies, and thinking
- Develop narratives around new product features emphasizing design decisions and solved user problems

- Contribute to thought leadership on design trends, culture, tools, and methodologies
- Write case studies showcasing innovative product work and workflows
- Partner with product teams to document and share design processes
- Maintain an authentic design voice across content platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate stories into the broader content strategy
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience producing content centered on product design, product building, or technology
- Provide a strong portfolio of design-focused writing such as articles, case studies, and interviews
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of design processes, terminology, culture, and tools, including Figma
- Possess experience interviewing designers and technical stakeholders
- Show strong editorial judgment, a distinctive writing voice, and active engagement with design community conversations
Qualifications
- Background as a product designer, product manager, or in a design-adjacent role
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts
- Experience producing multimedia design content like podcasts and videos
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience creating educational content related to design
