Job Description
NVE Experience Agency creates brand experiences and produces them end to end. Its philosophy is that well-timed cultural ideas can change how people feel about a brand. A group of makers, planners and production staff designs insight-led concepts that move consumers from passing attention to commitment, action and loyalty.
The Creative Director will lead the creative team in shaping new concepts and bringing experiences and campaigns to life. The agency is looking for someone who genuinely loves fandom and has built themed, immersive experiences that feel like theatre. The ideal person is a natural storyteller and world builder who knows how to create moments that devoted fans will remember.
The job involves developing bold, shareable ideas, independently owning mid-sized and large projects, and supervising each one from first sketch to final delivery. The Creative Director pitches concepts to clients, manages budgets, resources and schedules, and works with creative leadership to choose the right people for each project. Coaching art directors, copywriters and other makers, and nurturing a collaborative, inclusive culture, are part of the role.
Candidates should have a portfolio of award-winning, press-covered work and a marketing career of roughly ten years or more, including several years leading people. The agency wants a confident, passionate leader with a clear point of view who stays humble and knows that good creative work depends on the team. The posting also expects the Creative Director to use AI tools to speed up creative production.
NVE operates on a hybrid model, with hub cities Los Angeles and New York. New York-based candidates are preferred, though remote applicants will be considered. Benefits listed include health and wellness coverage, a 401(k) match, a communication stipend, paid holidays and vacation, work-from-home flexibility, parental leave with pay, gatherings and retreats for the team, and development opportunities. The posted salary range is $150,000 to $175,000 per year.
