This full-time on-site master data role at SGS in the Philippines keeps customer master records accurate, complete and controlled. The specialist reviews change requests against corporate rules, cleans up existing data and works with account management and commercial teams. The role also supports master data process improvements and user acceptance testing.
Responsibilities
- Ensure master data set up and maintenance is accurate, complete and timely.
- Review requests against corporate rules, and correct, escalate or reject errors in global data fields.
- Clean up and review master data and maintain internal controls over master data.
- Act as the main contact for the country account management team and perform user acceptance testing.
Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience in master data management.
- Attention to detail and sound decision-making while maintaining controls.
- Understanding of data structures and architecture.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in business.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and experience with financial systems.
- Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite is a nice-to-have.
