Job Description
This full-time on-site customer service role at SGS in the Philippines supports the sales and pharmaceutical testing team. The associate prepares quotes for USP, EP and JP compendial testing, keeps client records current, and links clients with the microbiology and chemistry departments. The role also tracks turnaround communications and supports GMP, GLP and ISO standards.
Responsibilities
- Scope work for proposals and prepare and submit quotes for USP, EP and JP compendial testing.
- Keep client and quote data current in CRM and quotation tools such as Salesforce and PandaDoc.
- Act as liaison between clients and the microbiology and chemistry departments on delivery.
- Send turnaround updates and delay notices to clients and notify operations when signed quotes arrive.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a scientific field such as chemistry or microbiology.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- At least two years of pharma laboratory testing and cGMP experience.
Qualifications
- Business management or finance education or experience is an advantage.
- Ability to read technical documents, protocols and RFPs in pharmaceutical testing is an advantage.
- English at C1 level, with strong Microsoft Office skills.
