Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day relationship for an assigned portfolio of over 120 accounts
- Maintain tracking workflows for renewal timelines, account health signals, and engagement levels
- Conduct outreach prior to renewal dates, lead discussions, negotiate terms for flat renewals, and coordinate with Sales on larger expansion opportunities
- Forecast the renewal portfolio on a rolling basis and proactively address identified risks
- Utilize product usage metrics to prove value during client check-ins and renewal meetings
- Collect and relay customer feedback to product teams to help shape roadmap development
Requirements
- Reside in the Denver, Colorado region
- Possess prior experience in a customer-facing capacity such as retail, internships, sales support, or customer service
- Demonstrate comfort handling spreadsheets and analyzing data to make decisions
- Show a history of clear written and verbal communication skills
- Be available for remote work alongside occasional in-person meetings in Denver
