Job Description

Cribl is hiring a Customer Success Engineer to join their remote-first team based in Sydney. As the telemetry infrastructure company for the AI era, Cribl partners with major global enterprises, including half of the Fortune 100, to help IT and Security teams bridge the gap between AI ambitions and infrastructure realities. This technical role serves as a trusted advisor to guide customers through the complete customer success lifecycle, ensuring they achieve continuous value and positive outcomes using Cribl solutions.

The successful candidate will manage customer relationships, drive ongoing product usage, and act as an internal voice of the customer by collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams. Because Cribl operates as a remote-first organization across multiple time zones, team members may occasionally need to handle responsibilities outside of standard working hours.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders at major customer accounts
  • Utilize customer success platforms to communicate efficiently with tech touch accounts using data-driven metrics
  • Identify new use cases, data sources, and internal teams to expand product usage and reduce, enrich, or route data
  • Collaborate across departments with sales, marketing, product, experience, and engineering as the voice of the customer
  • Mentor, coach, and inspire colleagues within the broader Customer Experience organization

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related post-sales function involving direct customer advocacy and engagement
  • Demonstrated customer-first mindset with strong communication, relationship management, and empathy skills
  • Background in customer-facing presentations for program reviews or similar corporate events
  • Direct experience working with Observability, Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security
  • Deep understanding of managing data pipelines across the entire data lifecycle
  • Proven ability to generate continuous product value by creating new data management use cases
  • Reside in Sydney

Qualifications

  • Direct hands-on experience using Cribl products or administering data engineering platforms such as Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, or Snowflake
