Job Description

Jumio is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts located across the EMEA region. Operating as a value consulting partner rather than a traditional relationship manager, this role centers on leveraging expertise in digital risk, identity verification, anti-money laundering (AML), and fraud prevention to help clients design effective risk strategies and achieve measurable outcomes. The successful candidate will connect pre-sale promises with post-sale value realization, working closely with account managers, implementation teams, product groups, and support staff. This position suits a data-fluent, commercially minded professional who thrives on the complexities of enterprise account management and wants to help shape the organization's ongoing transformation in customer success.

As a B2B technology organization, Jumio utilizes artificial intelligence, biometrics, machine learning, and automation to eliminate online financial crimes and identity fraud, serving prominent brands across various sectors including financial services, gaming, travel, fintech, and the sharing economy. The company operates globally and follows core corporate values centered on integrity, diversity, empowerment, accountability, and leading innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the health and retention of a portfolio consisting of enterprise and mid-market accounts throughout EMEA
  • Track customer health signals such as product utilization, Net Promoter Scores, contract consumption, and support ticket trends
  • Identify early signs of churn risk or disengagement and act immediately on drops in health scores
  • Advise client risk and fraud teams regarding emerging fraud vectors, regulatory developments, and industry best practices
  • Monitor business outcomes including pass rates, fraud reduction, and conversion improvements to establish quantifiable ROI
  • Lead executive business reviews to drive strategic decisions and connect platform performance back to original business goals
  • Monitor feature adoption and introduce underutilized capabilities while training new users as client teams grow
  • Build multi-threaded relationships that span day-to-day contacts up to executive leadership and business buyers
  • Surface expansion opportunities and new use cases to account managers supported by grounded business cases

Requirements

  • Several years of direct practitioner experience working inside an AML, fraud, identity, or digital risk management function
  • Proven background managing enterprise accounts with annual recurring revenue of $500K or more, including ownership of renewal conversations
  • Demonstrated ability to run executive-level business reviews that drive measurable outcomes
  • Experience building and maintaining customer health frameworks and success plans
  • Data fluency with product usage data, ROI narratives, and customer success platforms such as Planhat, Gainsight, or Totango

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with technically complex or API-based SaaS products
  • Background working within a high-growth transformation or private equity-backed environment
  • Prior experience contributing to or building QBR frameworks, health score models, or customer success playbooks
