In this capacity, the selected professional will act as a primary partner for users, driving subscription renewals, account expansions, and platform adoption. The role involves managing a dedicated portfolio of accounts by running client meetings, demonstrating product capabilities, identifying upselling opportunities, and partnering closely with Account Executives. Candidates must be situated within commuting distance of the London office. While the role involves remote work flexibility, employees are expected to work from the office more frequently than remotely, collaborating regularly with teammates and coordinating schedules locally. Responsibilities
- Foster strong client relationships to increase product engagement and secure monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal targets
- Handle all aspects of support, product demonstrations, client education, and commercial activities
- Conduct client meetings to understand needs, find opportunities for efficiency, and pitch additional service upgrades
- Collaborate directly with Account Executives to capitalize on all market opportunities
- Travel up to 50 percent of the time to conduct consistent face-to-face customer visits
Requirements
- Prior client-facing work experience, preferably within a technology enterprise
- Familiarity with the grassroots and non-league football landscape in the UK
