Hudl seeks an Implementation Consultant who speaks Italian to support professional clients throughout Italy, the Balkans, the Middle East, and the broader Mediterranean region. In this position, the professional acts as a subject matter expert for analysis offerings like Sportscode, enhancing user training and ensuring clients maximize their subscriptions.
The organization builds software and tools that enable coaches and athletes across all levels to review video, analyze data, and share highlights. This position requires regular collaboration in-office, and applicants must be within commuting distance of the Barcelona office, working on-site more often than remotely on a schedule coordinated with the team.
This role suits an individual with strong communication abilities, customer-facing experience, and a knack for teaching complex concepts clearly. Responsibilities involve aligning sales objectives with client goals, educating users on workflows, channeling client feedback to internal teams, and partnering closely with Support, Sales, and Education departments.
Responsibilities
- Align short and long-term objectives between customers and the sales team through strong communication
- Analyze customer workflows and educate users to ensure successful product utilization
- Gather elite customer needs and channel product feedback directly to internal teams
- Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Education groups to execute onboarding and training strategies
- Work regularly out of the Barcelona office based on a schedule coordinated with team members
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Hudl Sportscode to train users effectively
- Natural teaching ability to simplify complex concepts for any audience
- Experience in customer-facing roles involving training and education
- Goal-oriented mindset focused on improving the overall customer experience
- Tireless work ethic and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Fluency in both English and Italian
Qualifications
- Analytics skills and experience in data or sports science, including Javascript, Python or R, Tableau, or GPS analysis
- Experience supporting or influencing product development in sports SaaS
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English and Italian
