This position sits within the Platform Excellence Operations team, focusing on fulfillment quality metrics such as order cancellations, reschedules, and delivery timeliness. The role suits analytical professionals who enjoy diagnosing operational defects, building proactive monitoring systems, and delivering data-driven recommendations to improve marketplace experiences.
The selected candidate will independently execute analytical plans to uncover root causes of performance outliers, support ad-hoc retailer analyses, and assess the impact of new product launches. Responsibilities include building dashboards to streamline problem diagnosis, creating visual insight presentations for cross-functional technical and business stakeholders, and proposing process improvements.

Responsibilities
- Build dashboards and processes to monitor retailer performance and support new retailer launches
- Track and analyze performance outliers and metrics fluctuations to identify root causes and corrective actions
- Analyze large datasets regarding retailer fulfillment quality to generate business insights
- Execute independent analytical plans to understand and reduce fulfillment quality issues
- Support ad-hoc retailer analyses, launch impact assessments, and retailer escalations
- Create and deliver insight presentations to cross-functional audiences with data-backed recommendations
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a data analytics role such as data science, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or consulting
- Experience analyzing and visualizing large datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to aggregate and synthesize large amounts of data using micro and macro fulfillment metrics
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail for detecting performance anomalies
- Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
Qualifications
- Experience working in a consumer marketplace or logistics business
- Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data warehouses, GitHub, and Jira
- Experience with visualization tools including Mode or Tableau
- Experience collaborating directly with product and engineering teams on scalable process solutions
- Experience using AI tools for analytics, data validation, and reproducibility
