Responsibilities
- Review, classify and annotate data against defined policies
- Support spam, phishing and mail abuse detection work
- Identify anomalies, edge cases and trends to escalate
- Work across several tools and dashboards at the same time
Requirements
- At least 1 year of data annotation, labeling or Trust and Safety operations
- Experience in a 24x7, multi-vendor environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
