The successful candidate will manage projects involving SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Oracle HCM, guiding clients from legacy information through validated production loads and tested integration interfaces. Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver data migration workstreams into SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM through all project phases
- Define migration strategies including scoping, load sequencing, cutover plans, and rollback procedures
- Assess legacy data quality, identify discrepancies, and establish cleansing ownership with clients
- Design mapping and transformation rules between legacy data sources and target platforms
- Execute and reconcile data loads across test cycles, mock conversions, and production cutovers
- Gather and document integration requirements across HR, payroll, benefits, and finance functions
- Build, test, and deploy integrations using platform-native tools and middleware
- Support end-to-end and payroll parallel testing while resolving system defects
- Extract, transform, and load data at scale utilizing ETL tooling to build repeatable routines
- Translate data and integration concepts into clear language for HR and programme stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven data migration experience into at least one of SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM across multiple full lifecycle projects
- Integration design and technical delivery experience including specification production and interface testing
- Hands-on experience working with ETL tooling and large datasets
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll data structures, personal data sensitivities, and cutover accuracy
- Experience executing reconciliation and validation across test cycles and production loads
- Clear communication skills for interacting with technical teams and HR stakeholders
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to travel to client sites as needed
Qualifications
- Experience working across more than one of SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM
- Knowledge of platform-specific tooling such as Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, SAP Integration Suite, Infoporter, Oracle HDL, or OIC
- Experience handling payroll migrations and parallel run reconciliation
- Familiarity with UK GDPR and data protection considerations related to migration and integration
- Prior exposure to professional services or legal sector clients
- Consulting experience or a clear consulting mindset gained in client-side roles
