The professional will act as the post-sale technical point of contact, orchestrating internal specialist resources and charting strategic execution plans that lead clients smoothly from onboarding to production.

Reporting directly to a Delivery Solutions Architect Manager within the field engineering division, the successful applicant will bridge technical execution with business strategy. Travel up to thirty percent of the time may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with solutions architects to evaluate overall use case demand across prioritized clients
  • Direct post-technical win strategies and execution plans for workloads within strategic accounts
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for production and go-live phases of designated use cases
  • Coordinate onboarding, user enablement, consumption, and operational governance alongside internal teams
  • Escalate complex technical hurdles to expert resources and partner with professional services for engagement proposals
  • Report key performance indicators regarding usage, customer health, risks, and adoption metrics to the technical general manager

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of professional experience managing technical project or program delivery within data and artificial intelligence domains
  • Practical programming background utilizing Python, SQL, or Scala
  • Background in a customer-facing capacity such as pre-sales, technical architecture, consulting, or customer success
  • Familiarity with distributed data system solution architecture
  • Demonstrated ability to map business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables
  • Expertise in technical program or project management encompassing resource, stakeholder, and account accountability
  • History of handling and resolving intricate escalations involving senior customer executives
  • Experience facilitating open discovery workshops, strategic roadmap creation, business analysis, and complex program delivery
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, quotas, or objectives
  • Availability to travel up to 30 percent of the time as needed
