Dandy seeks a Dental Field Trainer to join its team in the Chicago metro area. Dandy operates as a technology company building digital infrastructure for the dental sector globally. In this role, the professional will conduct in-person training sessions to help dental practices implement intraoral scanning and digital workflows successfully.
The position requires frequent national travel of up to 85 percent and a location within a 60-minute drive of a major airport. The professional will act as an advisor to clinical and executive stakeholders, evaluating operational readiness, coaching staff, and tracking performance outcomes during the initial 30 days of adoption.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person coaching sessions to help doctors and staff adopt intraoral scanning and digital workflows
- Adapt training methods in real time according to live observations and practice maturity levels
- Encourage early case submissions by addressing obstacles and building user confidence
- Collaborate with clinicians and practice leaders to support ongoing scanning habits and monitor first-month outcomes
- Evaluate practice readiness across clinical workflows, team organization, and equipment prior to training
- Coordinate with internal teams to establish appropriate resources and messaging ahead of training events
Requirements
- Possess at least three years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology
- Bring familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital workflows, including training groups of up to ten staff members
- Maintain a willingness to travel nationally up to 85 percent of the time
- Reside within a 60-minute drive of a major airport
- Demonstrate at least three years of experience managing training logistics, readiness assessments, and multi-practice coordination
