TRM Labs is seeking a Deployment Strategist for the APAC region to join its fully remote Customer Success team. In this position, you will act as a trusted partner and advisor to financial institutions, crypto exchanges, and regulators, helping them maximize platform effectiveness, build compliance programs, and secure long-term outcomes.
This role sits on the front lines of customer experience, requiring you to bridge deep product knowledge with responsive support. Core duties involve delivering tailored product demonstrations, conducting structured training sessions in English and Mandarin, tracking customer engagement trends, and channeling feedback directly to product and engineering groups. You will also coordinate with Account Directors to spot account expansion opportunities and support revenue retention objectives.
The role operates in an async-first environment with core overlap for APAC hours, involving regular customer syncs, health checks, and minor on-call weekend monitoring duties roughly once every five weeks. TRM Labs maintains a high-velocity, high-ownership culture where priorities adapt quickly and team members frequently navigate ambiguity. Applied AI fluency is a baseline expectation for operators in this position, as staff are expected to utilize artificial intelligence to structure problems and accelerate workflows. Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to help regulators, financial institutions, and crypto businesses optimize platform usage within their risk and compliance operations
- Explain complex investigative and technical concepts, assisting customer teams with blockchain data interpretation and financial crime investigations
- Create and present customized product demonstrations for analysts, compliance officers, supervisors, and risk teams
- Lead structured training sessions in both English and Mandarin to embed platform tools into daily customer programs
- Relay user feedback to product and engineering departments to help influence future product direction
- Track usage metrics and engagement levels to identify churn risks early and deploy mitigation strategies
- Maintain a regular engagement rhythm with stakeholders to learn about institutional priorities and upcoming regulatory challenges
- Locate expansion opportunities within accounts and collaborate with Account Directors to achieve retention targets
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional background within regulatory bodies, financial institutions, or crypto businesses
- Professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English
- Direct hands-on background working with virtual currencies and blockchain analytics
- Ability to travel occasionally for events, in-person meetings, or training sessions
- Willingness to participate in minimal weekend on-call monitoring for priority issues approximately once every five weeks
