This full-time, direct W2 position is offered on a 100% remote basis within the U.S. and pays an annual salary between $100,000 and $150,000.
The person in this role will construct and support enterprise digital solutions utilizing Sitecore Content Hub, Sitecore XM Cloud, and the Sitecore Experience Platform XP. Duties encompass backend C# and .NET engineering, user interface implementation, content modeling, system integrations, and platform updates, focusing heavily on modern composable architectures and transitioning away from legacy setups.
This opportunity is well-suited for a technologist who has deployed production-level Sitecore solutions, understands both traditional XP/XM frameworks and the composable Sitecore landscape, and can align technical execution with the requirements of marketers and content editors.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain enterprise digital experiences using Sitecore XP, Sitecore XM Cloud, and Sitecore Content Hub
- Handle backend development utilizing C# and .NET
- Perform front-end development tasks
- Handle content modeling and system integrations
- Execute platform upgrades and migrations from legacy implementations
- Work with modern composable architectures
Requirements
- 6 plus years of total professional experience
- 5 plus years of Sitecore development experience
- Extensive expertise in C and .NET along with Sitecore APIs
- Familiarity with Sitecore Helix architecture
- Practical experience working with Sitecore XP, XM, or XM Cloud
- Background in headless implementations leveraging JSS or Next.js
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript and associated build tools
- Experience configuring CI and CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments
Qualifications
- Sitecore Certified Developer credentials
- Background in migrating to XM Cloud
- Familiarity with Sitecore Content Hub, CDP, or Personalize
- Exposure to multi-brand or multi-region Sitecore implementations
- Experience with Sitecore OrderCloud commerce integrations
