To support its continuous expansion, the organization is currently seeking a Director of Operations & Communications to join the team.

This full-time remote position sits at the center of the enterprise, bridging leadership, department heads, and frontline staff. The role suits an organized professional adept at translating high-level executive decisions into structured rollouts while maintaining strict confidentiality. Responsibilities require balancing internal communication strategies with operational oversight to resolve workflow bottlenecks and drive accountability across company-wide initiatives.

The person in this position will design and manage the internal communications platform, oversee messaging waterfalls, facilitate corporate meetings, and spearhead projects from distribution to completion. Additionally, the role involves mapping out operational processes, identifying redundancies, and leveraging internal AI ecosystems to optimize business procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the internal Power Communications platform to distribute updates and resources to stakeholders.
  • Partner with a nova engineer to maintain and innovate the internal communications platform.
  • Own all company-wide and leadership-facing internal communications and strategy waterfalls.
  • Monitor schedules and enforce deadlines for corporate rollouts and strategies.
  • Facilitate agendas, lead meetings, and share follow-up information for company scrums.
  • Lead quarterly company kickoff meetings, including agenda and deck creation.
  • Assist with the distribution of the CEO's monthly company memo.
  • Create the Power Insider quarterly newsletter.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing on external communications and support HR with crisis communications.
  • Manage company-wide tasks, track progress, share status updates with leaders, and hold team members accountable.
  • Coordinate and lead bi-annual leadership onsite and offsite meetings.
  • Consolidate and maintain company processes while identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Employ AI technologies and utilize the nova ecosystem to optimize business procedures.

Requirements

  • Have four to five years of experience in an operations role with a track record of driving process improvements within a complex organization.
  • Possess a background or hands-on experience in corporate communications and owning organizational communication strategies.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Understand change management best practices.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal, speaking, and articulation skills.
