Job Description

Cyware is hiring a Director of Products to guide the evolution and development of its cybersecurity product portfolio, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. Cyware provides a Cyber Fusion platform that combines threat intelligence, automation, security case management, and vulnerability management for enterprises, government agencies, MSSPs, and global threat-sharing communities like ISACs and CERTs. In this role, you will oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation and feature prioritization to delivery, customer adoption, and end-of-life. You will act as a bridge between business strategy, customer needs, and product innovation, working closely with engineering, sales, product marketing, and customer success teams.

This position requires close collaboration with distributed teams, including liaising with India-based engineering and product groups, and involves roughly 15 to 25 percent domestic travel for industry events, proof-of-concept sessions, and customer meetings. The ideal professional brings a strong background in enterprise security products and public sector compliance environments, combining startup execution agility with deep technical knowledge across AI-native capabilities and security workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Define product roadmaps incorporating business strategy, competitive landscapes, and user requirements
  • Manage the complete Product Management Lifecycle and Product Development Lifecycle end-to-end
  • Develop user stories, features, and technical requirements while assessing customer needs
  • Build rapid prototypes and use AI-assisted tools to validate hypotheses before engineering commitments
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, customer success, and solution architects to gather feedback and handle feature requests
  • Partner with product marketing and sales teams on go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and internal enablement
  • Create use cases targeting commercial and public sector buyers across SOC, CTI, threat hunting, and incident response operations
  • Work alongside India-based engineering and product teams across time zones to align priorities and unblock delivery
  • Implement AI-native product functions such as model selection, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and time-to-value metrics
  • Manage product backlogs, review development and testing phases, and recommend alternative technical design paths
  • Support sales engineering by assisting with proofs-of-concept and converting strategic evaluations into enterprise deals
  • Represent the product externally during executive briefings, quarterly business reviews, and customer demonstrations

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to support for public sector customers in FedRAMP-authorized environments
  • At least 7 years of product management experience within a B2B product-based enterprise
  • Experience shipping AI and machine learning features, managing associated roadmaps, and understanding model tradeoffs or evaluation pipelines
  • Working knowledge of LLM agent architectures including tool use, memory, and multi-agent orchestration
  • Familiarity with security operations personas such as SOC analysts, threat hunters, incident responders, and CISOs
  • Background in building and launching enterprise security tools, with preference for SIEM, SOAR, or TIP experience
  • Experience shipping products for U.S. federal, state, or local government agencies with knowledge of FedRAMP authorization processes
  • Willingness to travel domestically approximately 15 to 25 percent of the time
  • A technical bachelor's degree

  • Prior experience selling to or supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or civilian federal agencies
  • Deep technical expertise in AI and LLMs, including evaluations, RAG, fine-tuning, or agent frameworks
