Job Description

The Director of Sales for Meesho AI Services (MAS) leads enterprise and mid-market sales for MAS in the Delhi NCR region of North India. MAS builds AI-led service workflows for businesses, emphasises guaranteed cost savings and outcome-based pricing, and aims for work that can be benchmarked against a cost the client already experiences. The posting describes the unit as a technology company that runs real workflows rather than a traditional outsourcing firm.

The director owns deal closure in the region, from a qualified conversation through to a signed contract. The role is the main face of MAS with CXOs and business unit heads. The director personally drives the hardest discovery, solutioning and commercial talks on flagship accounts, and is responsible for regional pricing structures, including outcome-based, slab-based, pilot and risk-sharing models. The posting says pricing floors should be held rather than discounted to win.

The role is hands-on at the top and start of the funnel. The director may open doors or cold-call target accounts, maps client organisations to find real decision-makers and blockers, and builds internal champions. The director also reviews and coaches junior go-to-market staff in the region, builds the regional playbook and demo narrative, tracks competitors and represents MAS at regional forums.

The post suits a senior seller with 10 to 15 years in enterprise sales, go-to-market or consulting in the Indian market, who can run a complex deal from start to close and is comfortable acting as a trusted adviser. The role is based in, or open to relocating to, Delhi NCR.

Responsibilities

  • Own closing for enterprise and mid-market accounts across Delhi NCR, taking each deal from initial qualification to signature.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with CXOs, business unit heads and key decision-makers.
  • Take charge of the most demanding discovery and pricing talks on the region's biggest accounts.
  • Own pricing strategy for the region and negotiate terms to closure without discounting as a default.
  • Map client organisations and build internal champions who speak up for MAS when the team is absent.
  • Check junior GTM colleagues' discovery write-ups, account maps and price proposals, and step in when deals stall.
  • Mentor junior go-to-market staff in the region on how to probe needs, map people and price deals.
  • Feed product gaps and market positioning back to product, technology and operations, and shape the demo and proposal narrative.

Requirements

  • Ten to fifteen years across enterprise selling, go-to-market or advisory work, with substantial time serving Indian mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Proven ability to run a deal end to end, including opening doors and closing complex, high-value contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience running commercial and pricing negotiations, covering outcome-linked and shared-risk deal structures.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with CXOs and senior business unit leaders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including producing decks, proposals and commercial documents.
  • Genuine interest in AI and emerging technology.
  • High ownership and executive presence.
  • Comfortable with unclear situations where no playbook exists.
  • Lives in Delhi NCR or is prepared to move there.

Qualifications

  • Experience in advisory, strategy or solution-led selling environments is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MEDDPICC or a similar account-qualification framework, or the discipline to build one.
  • Some background coaching or informally guiding junior colleagues.
  • Evidence of top-tier talent, such as a strong academic record or a track record of excellence with senior-client work.
