Responsibilities
- Manage the design process from start to finish for features that launch quickly
- Partner with product, research, marketing, and other teams to determine business and user requirements
- Coordinate with engineering staff to guarantee high-quality execution
- Produce user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Participate in hiring, mentorship, and the growth of company design culture
