Bosch is currently hiring an Embedded_C++ Developer_EBH to focus on middle layer and application software development for Linux embedded solutions. This position requires solid expertise in object-oriented programming and modern C++ development techniques. The ideal candidate will take part in building robust software architectures and participating in the complete development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop middle layer and application software for Linux embedded solutions
- Design systems utilizing UML diagrams such as class, sequence, use case, dependency, and component diagrams
- Perform testing and validation through unit testing with Gtest and gmock, as well as static code analysis
- Work with version control systems like git and implement CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins or Bamboo
- Participate in agile software development processes
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in modern C++ programming, specifically C++ 11 and above
- Demonstrated experience in multi-threaded application development and thread synchronization
- Applied knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns
- Familiarity with Linux shell environments
- Experience utilizing Linux debugging tools such as gdb, strace, and valgrind, alongside build tools like make, cmake, and conan
- Four to eight years of professional experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
- Working experience in the connectivity domain utilizing BLE, WiFi, and databases
- Familiarity with Python
