This role suits an experienced professional ready to lead complex, global client engagements that transform operating models to bring medical treatments to patients faster. Rather than relying solely on theoretical advice, the position focuses on delivering scalable execution through advanced technology and industry data. The successful candidate will drive strategy, manage substantial project budgets, guide internal teams, and support the ongoing development of internal intellectual property.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the end-to-end lead for global, large-scale, and complex client engagements
- Establish senior client relationships and direct proposals to secure major project wins
- Direct and mentor multi-project teams consisting of four or more consultants simultaneously
- Oversee project budgets exceeding one million dollars while monitoring commercial performance and health
- Contribute to brand-building initiatives and create internal intellectual property for the consulting practice
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in life sciences consulting, business consulting, or management consulting
- Demonstrated background in leading large project teams and managing engagements worth one million dollars or more
- Recognized expertise in go-to-market strategy, brand planning, product launches, omnichannel strategy, and market segmentation and targeting
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the capability to influence C-suite executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Extensive familiarity with Veeva products
- Background in providing software-as-a-service or tech-enabled consulting solutions
