The employer builds borderless financial services and values a diverse, equitable, and inclusive global workforce.
This position suits an individual who pairs robust programme management expertise with a practical, hands-on methodology. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable guiding cross-functional projects, interacting with various stakeholders, collaborating directly with engineering leaders, and managing the day-to-day operational specifics that keep initiatives progressing.

The team uses data and automation to minimize manual coordination and establishes clear handovers when initiatives transition into standard operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale engineering programmes from initial planning through ongoing operations by defining outcomes, scope, workstreams, and milestones
- Partner with engineering leaders to strengthen planning, prioritisation, operational reviews, and commitment follow-through
- Coordinate SOX and IT General Controls audits, structuring remediation planning, testing readiness, and operational process transitions
- Identify blockers early, clarify ownership, and assist stakeholders in resolving competing priorities and decisions
- Build transparent governance and reporting to give stakeholders dependable visibility into progress, remediation, and testing outcomes
- Maintain accountability, escalate issues with their impact, and help teams determine practical next steps
- Own internal training, awareness, and communication while driving framework improvements
- Utilize data and automation to decrease manual reporting and coordination while easing programme information maintenance
- Establish clear operational handovers for business-as-usual operations
Requirements
- Track record of independently leading large-scale technology programmes involving multiple teams and business functions
- Hands-on experience managing SOX or IT General Controls programmes, including guiding engineering teams through remediation, testing, or audit cycles
- Understanding of control ownership, evidence requirements, and the distinction between implementing a change and validating it for closure
- Experience translating regulatory or audit requirements into practical delivery plans alongside technical and control specialists
- Experience working closely with engineering leaders on planning, priorities, dependencies, and operational improvements
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear plans and drive progress without formal authority
- Strong stakeholder management and confidence in challenging unclear ownership, incomplete plans, and unsupported progress claims
- Clear communication skills for facilitating difficult discussions and providing concise updates to leaders
- Analytical approach using data to identify problems, assess progress, and refine ways of working
