As an Enterprise Application AI Engineer, you will sit within the Enterprise AIT team and lead the integration of artificial intelligence and automated processes across internal systems. This position involves bridging operational needs with AI solutions by designing Model Context Protocols and creating intelligent agents that improve enterprise workflows. You will collaborate closely with groups such as Engineering, Product, Finance, Operations, and People Tech to transition enterprise systems from reactive processes into predictive, self-improving platforms.
This role suits an experienced systems professional who combines technical execution with strategic thinking. Ideal candidates possess deep integration fluency and business empathy, along with a commitment to maintaining security, data privacy, and compliance standards such as SOX.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance and Business Operations units to pinpoint automation use cases and build agentic workflows that reduce manual effort and improve decision-making.
- Build and maintain Model Context Protocols to securely connect business platforms like Jira, NetSuite, and Zuora to artificial intelligence agents.
- Design and oversee intelligent agents using large language models and orchestration frameworks to handle processes like onboarding, billing support, and compliance tracking.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of agents and protocols while maintaining adherence to data privacy, security protocols, and SOX compliance standards.
- Track key performance indicators including automation adoption, cost performance, reliability, and accuracy to guide continuous iteration.
- Partner with IT, Security, and internal stakeholders to create reusable frameworks and promote effective artificial intelligence methods.
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of professional experience in automation, Enterprise Applications, or Business Systems Analysis.
- Demonstrated background in creating and maintaining integrations across platforms like NetSuite or Jira, featuring a strong understanding of RESTful service design, JSON, and APIs.
- Practical knowledge of artificial intelligence agent frameworks such as CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or Model Context Protocols.
- Familiarity with prominent large language model platforms like Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini, alongside practical prompt engineering skills.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or Python for building scalable workflows, orchestration, and automation.
- Strong stakeholder communication, analytical, and documentation abilities.
