As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer for the USA, you will join a remote-first environment with regular travel for customer onsites and a preference for candidates located near New York or San Francisco. Your mission is to scale technical solutions for enterprise customers by partnering with Account Executives and aiding the sales team.

Responsibilities
- Partner strategically with Account Executives to manage technical components of sales cycles
- Engage directly with prospective and current clients to deliver custom support and architectural guidance
- Develop technical demonstrations that illustrate the value of the platform
- Produce technical enablement content to boost the technical fluency and effectiveness of sales staff
- Design documentation and self-service tools enabling independent client implementation
- Spot opportunities to productize frequent integration patterns and collaborate with product teams to build them
Requirements

- Direct experience or strong interest in working with customers on technical challenges
