Ramp is seeking a Technical Consultant focused on Oracle Cloud to join its strategic team. The company provides financial infrastructure for businesses, automating spend management and transaction tracking for over seventy thousand organizations globally.

In this position, you will act as the primary advisor for major enterprise clients utilizing Oracle Fusion Cloud. Your responsibilities will center on guiding complex deployments, handling API integrations, and linking financial workflows across global multi-entity environments. You will collaborate closely with internal customer success, product, and engineering teams to solve technical blockers and shape product development based on enterprise feedback.

This role is well-suited for professionals who possess deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials and enterprise system architecture. Candidates should thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments and excel at translating intricate technical requirements into practical business solutions for finance leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main technical consultant for strategic enterprise accounts running Oracle Cloud across multi-entity and global financial environments
  • Advise customers and internal teams on Oracle Cloud integration, configuration, and system design during implementations and expansions
  • Partner with activation and account management teams to evaluate customer needs and propose scalable Oracle Cloud, HRIS, and API integrations
  • Help onboarding specialists support technical workstreams to accelerate time-to-value
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting technical bottlenecks and recommend optimal product implementations utilizing Ramp APIs
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions to analyze client workflows and design suitable architecture
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud and accounting integrations, working with sales and product partners to advocate for needed features
  • Produce internal documentation and tooling to scale support for Oracle Cloud integration use cases
  • Relay customer feedback and challenges regarding Oracle Cloud directly to product and engineering groups

Requirements

  • Four or more years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a related client-facing technical role within SaaS or fintech
  • Three or more years of hands-on experience utilizing Oracle Fusion Cloud, covering financials modules, deployment models, and integration patterns
  • Thorough familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials accounting workflows such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and multi-org setups
  • Proficiency with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture to explain technical concepts to financial stakeholders
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related discipline
  • Implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement and/or Oracle Projects (PPM)
