Ozow is hiring an Enterprise Solutions Lead in Cape Town to design, sell and deliver payment solutions across its merchant base. The role shapes the solutions offer for existing and new merchants, builds bank and partner relationships, and owns revenue and retention outcomes. Responsibilities
- Define the solutions offer, from repeatable solutions to bespoke packages for complex merchants
- Translate merchant needs into commercial and technical solutions through to a signed, deliverable outcome
- Build and manage bank, infrastructure and partner relationships that underpin Ozow's solutions
- Grow revenue and retention across new and existing merchants, and deliver the function's OKRs
Requirements
- At least eight years of experience in payments, fintech or enterprise technology across solutions, commercial or partnerships roles
- A proven track record of designing and selling solutions to large or complex merchants
- Experience building and managing bank, platform or partner relationships
- Commercial and technical fluency to structure and price a deal, with strong executive presence
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a commercial, technical or related field; postgraduate study is an advantage
- Knowledge of the South African payments landscape
